Keith Roller | Senior Vice President of Development & Professional Services
Keith Roller joined the company in February, 2004. Prior to Symon, Keith held various
leadership positions at several organizations providing enterprise CRM solutions.
In addition, he has been responsible for an assortment of Consulting and Systems
Integration practices during his career. Keith’s professional life has
been centered around three major areas; CRM technology, consulting services,
and contact centers.
Keith's 15 years of experience in those three key areas include: customer management
systems, data warehousing and analytical CRM systems, workforce management
systems, operations management, computer telephony integration, CRM business
strategy and supporting technology. Associated with these solutions, he has
extensive experience in managing and building implementation teams to deliver
successful solutions with precision and efficiency. |
