Since AFS designs its own software, and we configure it with our high-end hardware for a turnkey system at our facility, problems are minimal. It also means that the AFS Technical Department is familiar with the set-up and functioning of your system whenever you do call for assistance with operation features, component performance, or other Message-LinkŪ questions. Personal support by our staff is available from 8am-5pm CST, Monday-Friday.

For the first full year after the purchase of a system, it is completely covered for hardware maintenance and tech support. Thereafter, we offer an Extended Coverage Plan for an annual fee.
