Displays can include:- Room Name
- Group Name
- Event Title
- Starting/ending time
- Logos and Pictures
Event data is entered through easy-to-use input menus, or the AMD interface can pull over the information automatically.
Custom interchangeable backgrounds are included with the system that can have the brand logo, room name, or just a graphic of your choosing. Also, the individual displays can be set up by the system operator to include Event Group logos, additional notes, graphics, etc.
Whenever a meeting space is not occupied with a group, then a designated marketing image can be displayed at each site to promote property brand identity and amenities.
